Crash on entering Bone Pits

The game crashes when I try to enter Bone Pits. Every time. I restarted the game, created a new instance, waited a few hours, rebooted computer, jumped to other locations in between. So far no luck.

Getting the same issue but for Jungle Ruins act 3 & most others are getting it for Matlan Waterways act 3. No fix seems to help & it started happening after the dawn of hunts patch around april 15th.
