Can't click ascendancy altar

I did Trials of Chaos to get my first two ascendancy points, but when I went back to do Trial of the Sekhema for the other two points, I was unable to click that altar. I tried doing it again but was still unable to click the altar, or the portal next to it.

Still having the same issue after fix. Can not click altar or portal at end of trial, and can’t continue trial either.

Use barya with 2 floors.

Players like me don't have a Barya with 2 floors. This needs to be patched asap. I'm not playing anymore until this is fixed.

Yes, it drops randomly. Players like me as in: I'm level 46 and haven't received one yet, and I'll need more than one in case of failure, just to obtain the Ascendacy points we're supposed to get from the first one.

I appreciate you trying to help but the fact we have to use a walk-around isn't good. Not only that, but the game is hard crashing on Xbox, further adding frustration on making decent progress.

I also encountered an infinitely respawning Rare in the middle of Act 3, while trying to get the 2 floor Barya drop. The Rare would die and just respawn over and over. I fought him for 15 mins, running clear across the map trying to complete it, and upon defeating him for the 12th time, the game crashed.

So I'm not playing anymore until the Trial issues are resolved at the very least.
