Character screen, UI and tooltip bugs

1. When Altered Flesh (Infernalist ascendancy notable) is taken character screen doesn't display "20% of Physical damage taken as Chaos damage" even though it does display the other two damage taken values. No idea if it's a display only bug.

2. Recommended supports for Poisonous Concoction (Pathfinder ascendancy skill) include Chaos Infusion. In 0.2 the gem is actively detrimental for Poisonous Concoction, since the skill damage is purely physical.

3. Increased Chaos damage modifier from gear (I assume from tree as well) doesn't increase poison damage from Poisonous Concoction. No clue if it's a tooltip bug only.

4. Wind Dancer spirit gem doesn't work with unarmed (no weapon in main hand) setup. Seems like an oversight, considering the redesign of the way unarmed skills work.
