[Dawn of the Hunt] Screen FLicker and slow loading

Since the new Patch I have had issues with screen flickering and slow loading screens

The screen flicker seems rather dangerous as the entire screen flashes bright white whenever a player controlled unit is inside a temporal bubble



the other is that assets load slowly, both on the loading screen and post loading screen, observe this map boss that is invisible

After Dawn of the Hunt dropped, my loading times got super slow. Mapping loads slow, All maps load so slow mobs can attack and kill me within the first 60-120sec or so because I don't see them. It takes a good 2 minutes at the beginning of every map for my whirlwinds and mobs to show up. If you find a solution please post because I haven't found anything on the net that might be a fix to this issue. the game sometimes took a sec to load pre patch, but now it's way worse for sure.

Game installed on my gaming M2 Hd
All other games run just fine (d4, last epoch, Vr stuff)
