Visual bug on herald of thunder

When you hover over the stats to level it up (for example level 9 to level 10) it shows the damage going from 100 > 72%. though in your skills tab if you have a lvl 9 herald of thunder the skill is at 68%. so levelling up herald displays incorrect current level gem.
