Sands of Silk Not Working With Prism of Belief

Just bought a Prism of Belief Diamond (Blink +3), thinking it would work with Sands of Silk blink and it doesn't. Tried unequipping and fast traveling to see if it would update but still no luck. I hope this is a bug that can be fixed and not intentional. Making all uniques with skills unusable with a corresponding Prism.
