UNABLE TO ACCESS GUILD HIDEOUT

Spent my hard earned cash to buy the twisted hideout for me and my IRL friends guild. He designated the hideout and I am completely unable to use it. "this player has no hideout in this league". The /guild and the travel to hideout button do not work except under super specific conditions. If the leader is in the hideout it will allow me to go there fully as intended. Otherwise, the hideout is completely inaccessible. This appears to be some sort of bug considering the hideout works as intended but only when the leader goes to the hide out. This seems to break the bug for about 5 minutes. Long enough for me to start a map and get stuck inside the map with no way to portal out. For now I would suggest just trying to obtain a free hideout from the maps as the twisted hideout seems to be completely broken. TLDR: Twisted guild hideout is only usable when guild leader joins it first.
