Unique Delirium Tablet

Got the Unique Delirium tablet and applied it to Maps.

Delirium starts normally and I get the Distills and delirium shards when I achieve the delirium levels from 1 to 2 to 3 and so on.

The problem is that I can't end the delirium manually, since the fog never ends, as so not getting the final reward from it.

Is it intentional or not?

Have you worked out if this is a bug or if there is something we need to do in order to end the fog?

Having the same issue here, spend ages killing every single mob in the map since I thought that would end the fog but I still couldn't get the rewards...
