Getting stuck

I have ran through the trials of chaos and activated the lift to proceed to the next area but my friend was stuck at the bottom of the lift, this issue has also happened to one of my other friends in another location where they have got stuck behind the barrier in the map boss arena in maps, I was wondering kn their behalf if yourselves could implement a unstuck feature either within the options or as a command to type in game and if there already is a command for it would yourselves be able to make it public knowledge just so further incidents don't occur,
