GGG> not 1 Exalted Orb in 8 hours playtime (level 48)

I've played for >8 hours straight, leveling my character (48) in the campain, and haven't gotten a single Exalted Orb. I have +17 and +18 increased rarity on my gear.

This doesn't seem right. I can't improve my gear this way. It seems like a bug. In 0.1 this wasn't a problem.

Please GGG, have a look at this. It's widely reported.

So far (level 48) I've got 2 lesser jeweller's orbs and 1 Gemcutter's Prism.

Please increase this, we want to have fun ;-)
