Bug Report - Upgrading Skills using uncut skill/spirit gem while wearing Jarngreipr

Hi, I recently found out that there is a bug while wearing Jarngreipr, specifically that I am unable to Upgrade preexisting Skill Gems to a higher level due to not having a high enough, in this case, Dexterity requirement.

I can still simply craft a new gem, but it does suck to have to create a new Skill Gem, if I have used Jeweller's orb on it to get more sockets.

I hope it will be fixed so I no longer have to worry about getting that amount of Dex before upgrading or simply create a whole new gem.
