Finn Not working

I have plenty of Gold but Finn will stop selling after I purchase 2 items on any new toons... Makes Cha Ching sound but no Item and no gold used.

Look at the counter on the bottom right of the dialog (the counter is shared for all characters in a league). If it is 0, then you first need to kill a unique boss monster.
