Crash Act3

I was in endgame and try to go back to act 3 Ziggurat encampment. My game crashed.
Now, each time i'm trying to log in with my character, game crash during loading time to Ziggurat encampment, so basicly I'm stuck and lost my charcater? Every other character loading is working fine... ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 24 เม.ย. 2025 11:09:46

I am also having the same issue now. I was busy running a map and game crashed after going back to encampment, now im stuck in a loop where I cannot play anymore and this is quite frustrating.

Is there any way to be in touch with the team to see if they can fix this?
