Portals Disappeared While Selling Loot - Less Than 30 Seconds

Left a nice fortress map to handle some loot. I arrived in my hideout and the portals were there. I walked over to mulch some loot, finished selling some stuff to my queen Atalui and walked back to the map device to find my portals gone. I'd only take about 30 seconds.

I tried clicking the map device and looking at the atlas, it said my fortress was in progress. Tried warping out and in to my hideout to see if the portals would show, nothing and the atlas listed my fortress as attempted. Sad stuff 😭 I never encountered this across 500 odd hours in 0.1 maybe to do with the portal changes.
