Passive tree changes don't save or switch back to prior setup a lot of times

I'm changing around some nodes from time to time (like everyone does) but when I save changes it keeps changes for a little bit but after a while it just changes back to what my tree was before I changed it.

It seems that it has even more problem saving my changes when I use different weapon set points. Not sure if that's true.

Anyone else having the same problem?
