Altar of Ascendancy NOT Clickable

The altar does not appear to be clickable or have a banner


I am level 59 and only have the first set of points.
I have completed trial of chaos 2 times and the trials of sekhamas four times.
Once with a 50ish level Djinn Bara and 3 times at the level 20


I do have the text saying to use the altar but can't
Appreciate any help!

For me the altar is clickable but when I click on it, it takes me to passive skill tree without any points. I did second floor (two golem bosses) twice with djinn barya (yes text told me that i can get points from it). I don't know what is happening, game support wont help either.

That altar is interactable for the purpose of respecing to a different Ascendancy.

You can only change your Ascendancy at an Altar that would grant as many points as you currently possess.

It sounds like your Baryas were high enough level to have 3 floors, then.
Go to the third floor, and clear it to earn your next set of Ascendancy points.
