Checkpoint spawn location bugged

Map was cleared of all rares except for boss, started breach, checkpoint spawned in a corner, pushing my charachter through the terrain. enemies were still able to hit me but I was unable to target my skills. died, respawned at checkpoint and was immediately through the terrain again.

Once breach ended I was able to respawn again, click on checkpoint, travel to a different checkpoint, and resume the map.
