Bricking Skill gems on huntress with weapon set skills

I tried setting up my skills to where my twister skills would get bonus damage with the weapon set 2 skill tree. I refunded some points rewrote them where 2nd set was projectile and 1st was melee. After I did it I set twister to set 2 and it disappeared, I thought ok maybe I lost the stat req for it checked around and it says I had enough. I couldn't assign or keybind the skill at all. I tried to reset the skill to set 1 and then it still wouldn't assign even though it was working before I clicked assign to set 2.

After being confused I go back to the skill and I click it, it says a different skill even though I'm hitting twister. I attempted the same thing with disengage and it did the same thing. This made both unusable in both sets, BUT if I grab another gem and make it the same skill, its usable. And if I reequip the original it doesn't work. Sometimes if I get to the stats page on the broken skill it just gives me a blank page with "This information is currently unavailable"
