character stuck

I have a bug in the Trial of the Sekhemas, I enter the map but I can't perform any action, I try to return to the caravan and I can't, after clicking several times to try to start the trial then the game crashes and closes.
so I can't interact with anything, I click on the portal and I can't interact for example, now I managed to leave, I entered a pt and returned to the caravan and entered another map and the same thing continues.
