Am not getting Atlas Passive book from Silent Cave

As noted in title. I just completed The Silent Cave, and received loot from Imprisoned boss, but Map objective did not update. This is the second time I have completed this unique map without Map Objective updating. First attempt on Unique map from a different node was a failure, second a success with no bug report submitted, and now this one. Each time all other essences in zone had been cleared. Bug reference number is 4,188,801,729.
