the last 2 Atlas points cant be obtained even with t82 maps.

This is my 4.th try to get the last 2 atlas points in the boss tree.
What the hell am i doing wrong? do i have to skill that corrupted waystones get corrupted again in hope to get a T 17 map?
All the maps were T82.
