Can't climb the steps in the Ardura caravan to speak to Asala (Act 2 Cruel)

Hi team,

I am facing a weird scenario in Act 2 cruel Ardura caravan when the next quest requirement is to Speak to Asala to go to the Dreadnaught. But there is a weird creature near the steps and the stash that prevents me from going up the steps to her area in the caravan.
