Tower Bug with game crush

Hello
I each time i am doing a tower map near the end Boss or action to complete it (activate the tower) the game gets frozen and in few seconds it automatically closes. It happened in Mesa and Sinking Spire as that are my 1st towers to try.
Any idea how to "fix" this? due this I am unable to actialy complete any tower alone I always have to ask some 1 else to complete and to last activity.

I get similar bug also in Algorath map in certain check point it happens the same.

I didn't wrote it but obviously I am losing the items, map entry everything its like it didn't happened.
It is super frustrating so any advice is more than welcomed!
