infinite crashes act 3 past present bugged since season 1/2

hi been dealing with this for a while now i think i finally worked it out tho.
ok so i have finished the game and 3 x now i have gone to help my kids and a mate finish the story acts 1/2 no problems the second i go in the door to act 3 town after finishing act 2 or in the portal act 3 when you go to the past my game crashes , to make it worse i try to relaunch the game and i keep crashing before i can make it past the load screen i have tried everything on my end reinstalled the game 5 x recently changed settings in steam and in game i have all drivers updated ect first season i even fully wiped pc and fresh install of windows, it is something to do with act 3 past and present i believe when i look at the map theres no way to change between the 2 and i have to warp to player to get there last time this happen i was stuck at the portal in the past only way i found to fix this is 1 dont go to act 3 after you beat the game and 2 relaunch game every 1.5 mins until it loads into the area and even then its 20/80 shot if i have enough time to type /hideout and leave the zone before i crash again 3 days sitting here last week trying to get game to just load into the game i gave up after that come back a few days later and tried again i put it on vulcon same thing but i was able to get into the game maybe 5-100 attempts only for it to crash before i could get to hideout after a lot of attempts i was finally able to warp outa that area and since then i played 16 hours a day with out a issue for 3 days straight just now i went to help my mate on act 2 killed the boss went to next zone and i called it i said soon as i get into act 3 my game going to crash again and it happened 1 hour now i been spamming trying to get back in cant make it past the load screen. please fix this

playing on steam

spamming the log in for 1 hour now made it into the game 1 time and crashed before i can tp to hideout

i just got back in almost 2 hours spamming it , i did think of a idea for anyone els with this problem tho that might work i haven't tried it yet tho becasue i was able to get in as i thought of it.

if you have a 2nd controller do split screen make a new class on 2nd controller so it spawns main class in act 1 i reckon that would fix it , if not you just have to keep trying untill your able to get in
