Ascendancy Points not given

Hello,

After completing 10 floors of trials of chaos with the correct orb which should have given me 2 more ascendancy points, when clicking on the altar nothing happened. I have attempted this so many times and when I finally complete it I get nothing....
Could you please look into this and allocate me the missing points?
