Black screen with gears, and teleporting

As I play gears show up and I teleport somewhere else on the map. I can't see anything but black screen with gears. I then teleport somewhere random in the map. My map resets and I can't tell where I've been. It does this every other map.

I also get the black screen and gears. VERY annoying. I can't see anything in ANY of the towns, its just all black with a gear, I just move around via mini map. Been like this since start of DOTH

Also my loading times when I teleport are INSANE, were talking a full minute, sometimes up to three minutes. Including launching the game I get a black screen with a gear for almost a full minute before I get the "Log in" screen, then another black screen with a gear until I get my character select screen, then ANOTHER black screen with a gear while I load in before I get the splash art for about 30 seconds, THEN another black screen with a gear.

It was not like this before DOTH

I'm just bumping this - someone from GGG needs to see this and respond. There have been so many complaints about this issue and the devs aren't acknowledging it.
