Pathfinder Relentless Pursuit doesn't work with temporal bubble

The relentless pursuit notable says "Your speed is unaffected by slows", but enemies with the temporal bubble mod slow both my attack speed and my movement speed. The tooltip for temporal bubble uses the word slow the describe its effects on the player.

On top of that the tooltip for slow says: "Slows can apply to a specific stat (suck as attack speed or movement speed) - if a specific type of slow is not specified, it applies to everything the affected entity does." Based on this description, I would expect relentless pursuit to prevent both my movement speed and attack speed from being slowed by anything.

I also just noticed that it doesn't work against Tol Gul's vomit

It's become quite clear that it either doesn't work at all or that it only works on chilled ground.
