Omen of Whitling Took out roll that wasn't highlighted.

I used Omen of Whitling with a chaos orb on a really good fractured bow,

The highlighted stat was reduced attribute requirement, I triple checked and used omen + chaos orb.

It instead removed by secondary physical damage % modifier rather than the highlighted %attribute requirements.
