As per the title, the Omen of secret compartments gets consumed with a unique jeweller's strongbox, but it doesn't work - not surprisingly since it's actually a monster, but it shouldn't be consumed I believe.

I've tried the omen on other unique strongboxes and sometimes it does and sometimes doesn't get consumed, but never reopens.
