Instilling an amulet removes fracture?

I am not sure how it happened but I had a fractured mod on amulet and upon instilling it, the fractured mod is still there but not fractured.

I instilled another fractured amulet and the fracture remains.
I am almost 100% sure that the other one was fractured but maybe it was not and I imagined it all along. So I guess not a bug for now. |
