Jiquani's Machinarium Checkpoint Bug

Having all soulcores in inventory and using the checkpoint to travel to the door that leads to the stairs down to proceed with the mission, I was teleported inside the locked door. That door require a soulstone to unlock.
Proceeding down to use the waypoint to return, or using a TP to use town portal to return to the door. All soulstones are behind the locked door.

Just had the exact same bug happen.

Checkpoint puts you inside locked doors, no way to get soulstones back to unlocked side. If you have not done Blackjaw, you must reset map and start over. Fortunately soulstones respawned as well.

The same thing is happening to me now. Need to re-do the map to fight Blackjaw.
