payment issue
I wonder is there is any customer service personnel to solve my charging issue? I've already try to contact with them by email for 1 week and sent over 7 mails,But get no answser.
My payment issue is caused by xsolla because why the same order can be paid twice? I cost 60 dollars to buy only early access pack. Xsolla told me they can refund me one of the payment at first,but change their statement to need me to contact poe2 customer servervice to get my 30 dollars back. I have tried for a week but get nothing. I have no patience for it.Why should I suffer that issue which is quite easy to solve?
