My additional information on the fogged atlas bug
Just got this issue today after playing since DoTH launch (level 96 char in league, only done pretty much mapping). Not sure if it has anything to do with the hotfix deployed yesterday or not, but it's very likely to be negative.
Based on https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3741955 this bug has been around since launch. Seems like Standard players got it first and league players started noticing the bug a bit later. So my prediction is it's related to the Atlas size and the distance that it has traveled from the Base (Home) node. Could it be that it became too big and somehow exceed memory therefore it keep trying to revert back to the previous state? (could only happens on specific hardware as well maybe...?). It could explain why Standard players encountered them earlier as well but doesn't explain why no one saw it in 0.1 (need confirmation if it's been there since 0.1 or not). Personally I often complete maps in a straight line (trying to fish for citadels) so I've been very far from Base If you're a league player and encountered it recently maybe leave a comment here with your spec or anything that might help. -- My spec: (laptop) - CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics (12 CPUs), ~3.3GHz - GPU: Radeon RX 5500M - 8GB of RAM - Windows 11, DirectX Version 12 - Running the game on Vulkan, every setting is set to be low (I could provide screenshot if needed) -- P/s: Yes I play this game on 30fps how did you know?
