Chaos Trials

Can not enter Chaos Trials after death ?

Old portal: "Cannot connect to instance.That subarea no longer exists."

Making new trial: "the operation could not be completed"

So cant enter old session and cant create a new?

Found the solution:

1) Go to Waypoint

2) Ctrl + leftclick on the shortcut to The Temple of Chaos

3) Create new instance of The Temple of Chaos
