Trail of chaos locked out

was in a trail of chaos finished it traded with another player when I tried to go back to the trail of chaos it no longer lets me in every time I try to load it I sit on loading screen I can no longer access trial of chaos


tried waiting for instance to close still makes me sit on load screen

tried to close poe still makes me sit on load screen when entering trail of chaos

tried to join a friends instance still wont let me join just loads forever

please help!
