I'm stuck in chaos temple

At the first challenge, just need to kill all the mobs, but one has pop in a place were i cant attack him. He is up in a place i cant go ...
portail dont work in the temple of chaos, and when i deco and reco, i'm still at the same place and can't kill the mob. So my character is block forever? lol
