MTX bought last update not available

I bought the Legion Commander armour pack last update in PoE2 and now I can't use it???? Not to mention even more MTX are removed instead of added... I can use less MTX now than last update? Doesn't make any sense?

Edit: Seems the Legion Commander was disabled but I never got a notification of this nor did I ever have a crash and I played 400 hrs with it easily.. 2nd bit still stands, why are more mtx removed and no new ones added?
