missing a quest reward - BlackJaw The Remnant 10% fire resistance . act 3 normal and cruel is greyed out but act 3 cruel doesnt have 10% fire resistance under the skull. Killed both norm and cruel multiple times and nothing. Is there something that can be done or character is done for and have to remake?

It's probably just not showing on the map and you've already received the bonus.
