Stuck in trial of chaos

I finally beat the 3rd boss to obtain my 7th and 8th ascendancy. However, after I beat the boss, the door didn't open. now I can't go forward or back or teleport out. I have tried closing the game and re-logging, but neither worked. I want my rewards for my first clear, but I want my character's freedom more.
