For me, it's actually not possible at all for anyone to be saying things like that.

And one more thing, these graphs are pretty unnecessary. Just selling stuff should give you a good gauge of where the league is at. This certainly feels like week6 in poe1 normally. Aka worst league of all time.

But yes, the point of constant PoE1 growth compared to the rapid PoE2 decline is something I pointed out multiple times, too.

I mean, allegedly, there is a director who hasn't played PoE1 for 7 years because he doesn't like it. So, it kinda makes "sense" to pull the resources from the "bad" game and funnel them into the second-born.
And don't forget, the money PoE2 already made with the EA keys and supporter packs is insane compared to PoE1...

I don't know where he gets his numbers from, but it's not correct.

Patch 0.1
Dec, positive 63.440 to 15.616 negative - avg 78% positive.
Jan, positive 17.575 to 5.071 negative - avg 76% positive.

Patch 0.2
Apr, positive 6.344 to 11,279 negative - 36% positive.

The numbers are not wrong.

Those numbers are from the entire dataset from the launch of EA

Then all you have to do is look at your second chart and calculate the total number of negative reviews from April 4th (release of dawn of hunt)

Which is approx. 11,000 or so.

I wouldn't call it wrong when it isn't - it is.

Total number of reviews of patch 0.1 and 0.2: 123k
Total number of positive reviews: ≈90k
Total number of negative reviews: ≈33k

Total number of reviews in the last 30 days: 17.5k
Total number of positive reviews: ≈6k
Total number of negative reviews: ≈11k

If you would actually interact with the graphs on the Steam page, you could hover over the bars and see that your numbers are not correct.
