Frequent Pausing is getting much worse

I am in act 3 currently nearing the end and the pausing is making the game nearly unplayable. My current wireless up/down speeds are 600mbs. No other noticeable performance issues with other games just POE2. I really hope there are plans to address this issue. Act 3 is almost completely unplayable
