Corruption Mobs: That lightning-thrower thing.

In corrupted zones, when "corruption collapses" there is a type of enemy that zaps the player with yellow lightning. I have no clue what this mob is called, there's no time to mouse over things or read in this game, so bear with me.

Whatever those things are, they are severely over-tuned. No other corruption mob hits like these. The things that jump up and slam you, the big guys with their clubs smashing the ground... nothing compares.

The lightning throwing mob cannot miss: I have decently high evasion (82%/14k), have never once seen it miss. Even with capped elemental resistances, it easily deals 600-800 damage per hit. The range is substantial, and dodge rolling does not avoid this damage either. It just hits you.

I'm not even confident what they are doing is lightning damage. If it is, it's doing 600 minimum post mitigation, which is insane. It's a minor, white corruption mob, effectively doing an unavoidable, instantaneous 2400 lightning hit minimum, if that is the case. If it's not lightning/elemental damage, what is it? I have 60% chaos resistance and some moderate armor (about 6500), so if it's chaos or physical even, it still should not be hitting that hard.

Three of these spawning in a pack is enough to instantly kill me from full with no counter-play. Often they are already zapping me before they even fully render on screen. If the pack spawns with no line of sight to me (past a wall, for example), these things happily shoot right through the wall.

If someone knows what they're actually called, please add it to the thread, because GGG really needs to think about these goobers.
