Overwhelming Presence visual far too strong - ruining game experience

This is far too much of an effect to apply to every single mob you come near. It seriously detracts from the immersion, and makes me want to switch gem so I don't have to see every single monster blur when I come near.

Please remove this effect, I see many other threads and complaints around this issue, wanted to make my voice heard too.
