The Silent Cave Fail

This happened in Dawn of the Hunt softcore trade league.

The unique map The Silent Cave spawned in a corrupted zone. I cleared the corruption, did a nearby tower (the two tablets I put in the tower did not seem to do anything to the unique map), then did the unique map which was cleansed.

I used a vaal orb on each of the essences except one. Then used a vaal orb on the boss. I killed the boss, but the map didn't complete. I couldn't open a new portal in the boss area, but I could outside of it. I also did not get atlas points for doing the unique map for the first time.

Eventually I logged out still standing in the boss arena. When I logged back in, I was in my hideout, and the unique map had failed.

EDIT: I did not die at any time during the map.

Same happened here to me 10 minutes ago. If it makes a difference, I did not die. I killed the witch in the middle, got all loot but no completion.

Porting out and back, relogging and relaunching just gave me same result with the relog showing map failed which then bricked my path on the map across the water

Killed all things around and then boss in the middle - no points received.
