Uncontrollable Crashing

I've been crashing doing just about anything in this game. From walking, attacking, sorting, logging in and most recently just loading the game. The only consistent factor is that my fans ramp up then the game just shuts down... no errors, no codes so I don't even know where to start looking.

Recently Formatted my computer and started fresh with minimal stuff installed to see if that was the issue. Installed windows on a different m2 ssd as well. Today I actually under clocked my computer for lack of better words to see if that helped.

Please help I just wanna play the game and run maps
