Rare Chests Still NOT working

I have just opened 2 Rare chests in the Lost City in Keth in Act 2. Neither chest contained a Rare item as it is supposed to according to the new 2.0g patch notes.

Completely normal as 2.0g was delayed to tomorrow.

I'm surprised that the patch isn't out yet. IIRC it's supposed to hit "some time" today (Pacific time zone) ...
Not sure if that will be 10 minutes or 10 hours though ... |
