Whittling Craft Modifier Bug

I noticed that Whittling usually picks the lowest level modifier, which is expected. But after I used Fracture, it seems like the order of the modifiers got messed up. Now Whittling is selecting the highest modifier instead, which is preventing me from crafting properly.

Omen of Sinistral Erasure is only supposed to change prefix modifiers, but due to a bug in the order, it ends up changing the suffix instead—what nonsense!
