Reservation efficiency on Megalomaniac disables spirit skills when changing zones

I have an issue where spirit reservation skills are disabled every zone change when using a Megalomaniac with Fate Finding (15% increased reservation efficiency of Herald skills). It only happens when the total reservation without Fate Finding would be more than my max spirit, as though the game attempts to apply my reservation skills before applying the affect from Megalomaniac.

My specific situation is:
- 151 Max Spirit (100 base + 51 from a corrupted 14/37 Beacon of Azis)
- Megalomaniac with Fate Finding (15% reduced reservation for Heralds)
- 18% reduced reservation of Heralds from the small passives in the Coming Calamity cluster
- Herald of Ice (30 spirit reduced to 21)
- Herald of Thunder with Precision (40 spirit reduced to 27)
- Trinity (100 Spirit)

With that setup and those skills enabled, every time I change zones Trinity gets disabled. I've also tried with Cast on Dodge Roll instead of Trinity and I get the same result, Cast on Dodge gets disabled. One other curious thing is that I while I am able to re-enable Trinity manually from the Skills panel, I have to right click it twice. The first click seemingly does nothing, and then it enables on the second click.

Edit: I noticed that it's always the last reservation skill in the list that gets disabled, and I just happened to have the Heralds at the top. If I swap places with a herald, that gets disabled instead.
