GGG Dropped Corrupted items are in a TERRIBLE state. Guaranteed 6mods is needed

no reason dropped corrupted items should not ALWAYS have 6 mods. Uncorrupted Dropped rares are primarily garbage with the majority of them being disenchanted.

Throwing Corrupted items into that mix that almost ALWAYS drop with only 4 mods makes them worse than magic items.

this seriously needs to be fixed.
