The situation with EU servers is simply not fun anymore

Taking 15 minutes to successfully log in to an EU server (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan) feels bad!
Getting kicked out again immediately while opening a stash tab feels bad!
Logging in on US server (Washington) and running a map where mobs constantly spawn out of nowhere and getting killed twice feels bad!
Taking another 10 minutes to log in again on EU server and getting killed twice by the map boss because of lag feels bad!

Loosing 40% of exp on a 30 minutes play session with a level 93 char JUST SUCKS!
This situation has been going on for about a week. This is just not fun anymore!
